The latest update on August 20, 2018 allows customers to register for the PRUrewards program. This program is Prudential's first loyalty program, where customers have the power to choose gifts and privileges through the PRUonline customer portal on both the website and mobile app.

Eligible customers can participate in the PRUrewards program at three loyalty membership levels: Gold, Platinum, and Diamond (*).
